This privacy statement applies to every visit to our website. NV ALDRON respects your rights when processing your personal data. This statement explains how we collect, process and use your personal data. This privacy statement sets out the general policy on data processing and protection of NV ALDRON, company number 0870.933.405, with registered office at Gentse Heerweg 42, 8790 Waregem. Hereinafter: “NV ALDRON”, “we”, “us” or “our”. 

2. Who processes your personal data? 

NV ALDRON is responsible for the processing of the personal data described in this statement. In this privacy policy, the pronoun “we” refers to NV ALDRON. 

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 and the applicable federal and Flemish legislation on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data, in particular the Act of 8 December 1992 and the Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018. 

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time. Any such amendments will always be communicated through the website. 

3. Why do we process your personal data? 

We process your personal data primarily in order to provide the requested household help. 

We also process your personal data in order to execute your customer contract properly. This includes, in particular, data required for customer administration and invoicing. 

In addition, certain personal data must be processed in order to comply with our specific legal obligations as a service voucher company, in particular related to compliance with the licensing conditions for service voucher activities and subsidy requirements. 

We may also process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. This is intended to ensure smooth communication with you and to improve our services. This may include: 

  • sending newsletters
  • carrying out market research to improve the technical and content quality of the website
  • tailoring the content of our website to each individual visitor
  • displaying personalised advertising
  • referring potential clients to another service voucher company belonging to the same cluster, specifically NV Diensten-aan-Huis, NV Aldron, NV Plus Home Services, NV PRIMAHOME, BV BIKHH, BV La Belle Maison, NV CLEAN XXL SERVICES, NV WLMC
  • compiling statistics or conducting surveys concerning visits to the various parts of the website after anonymising the data, meaning the data are stored in a form which no longer permits identification of the data subject for longer than necessary 

4. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data? 

NV Nastor is a service voucher company and operates under the Act of 20 July 2001 on the promotion of neighbourhood services and jobs. 

If you are a client, we initially process your personal data in the context of the customer agreement concluded with you. We may also process your personal data for direct marketing purposes on the basis of our legitimate interests. 

We must also process certain personal data in order to comply with our specific legal obligations as a service voucher company. 

If you cannot become a client with us, for example because you are outside our service area, we process your personal data in order to refer you to another service voucher company belonging to the same cluster, specifically NV Diensten-aan-Huis, NV Aldron, NV Plus Home Services, NV PRIMAHOME, BV BIKHH, BV La Belle Maison, NV CLEAN XXL SERVICES, NV WLMC. 

5. Which personal data do we process? 

For the proper performance of your customer contract, we may process the following personal data: identification data (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.), customer number, financial details (bank account number), household composition and characteristics of the residence. 

In the context of the proper performance of your customer contract, we also process health data, including physical health, risk situations and behaviour, in order to record and manage periods of illness affecting the client and to safeguard the health and safety of our employees. 

In order to comply with our specific legal obligations as a service voucher company, we process the following National Register data: National Register number and identification data (surname, first names, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, principal residence, marital status, household composition, legal cohabitation and type of registration register), for alignment with the service voucher issuing company (Pluxee). 

In order to ensure smooth communication, we may also process the following technical personal data: cookies, IP address, transaction history (previous requests), type of navigation system and the internet page you last visited. 

6. How long do we retain your personal data? 

Your data shall be destroyed when they are no longer necessary for compliance with applicable legislation. 

Data relating to the performance of the customer contract are retained for 10 years after termination of the agreement. During this 10-year period, your file becomes passive and only a limited number of authorised employees within the competent department shall have access to your data. 

If we transfer your personal data as a potential client to another service voucher company belonging to the same cluster, specifically NV Diensten-aan-Huis, NV Aldron, NV Plus Home Services, NV PRIMAHOME, BV BIKHH, BV La Belle Maison, NV CLEAN XXL SERVICES and NV WLMC, we retain those data for 1 year after such transfer. During that one-year period, only a limited number of authorised employees within the competent department shall have access to your data. 

7. Do we share your personal data with others? 

Your data are processed mainly internally by our employees. Your personal data are treated as strictly confidential and shall under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes, except to our affiliated partners. 

We also use suppliers to support the provision of our services, such as sending newsletters or supplying products. These suppliers are contractually bound to process such data solely on behalf of NV Nastor. They are also contractually required to protect those data appropriately against loss and unauthorised access. 

Your personal data may also be disclosed to: 

  • the service voucher issuing company, Pluxee
  • our insurer, in the event of a claim 

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EEA. 

8. What are your rights? 

As regards your rights as a data subject, a distinction must be made depending on the legal basis for the processing of your personal data. 

Compliance with our specific legal obligations as a service voucher company 

As regards your National Register data, you may only inspect those data and, if needed, have them corrected. For this purpose, you may contact privacy@aldron.be. We will request a copy of the front of your identity card in order to prevent identity fraud. 

Proper performance of the customer contract and legitimate interests 

You may at any time inspect any other personal data we process about you and, if needed, have them corrected. For this purpose, you may contact privacy@aldron.be. We will request a copy of the front of your identity card in order to prevent identity fraud. 

You may also contact the same service address if you believe that your data are no longer relevant and should therefore be erased. 

You may also object, on justified grounds, to the processing of those personal data. However, you should bear in mind that this may jeopardise the proper performance of your customer contract. 

NV ALDRON shall respond to your request or complaint within a maximum period of 30 days. 

You may also object directly to any processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. 

9. Security and confidentiality 

NV ALDRON has taken all necessary measures to protect your personal data against data breaches, misuse by third parties and similar risks. 

NV ALDRON wishes to draw your attention to the fact that the website may contain links, hyperlinks or references to other websites which are not controlled by NV ALDRON and to which this privacy statement does not apply. Such websites are not managed by NV ALDRON. NV ALDRON accepts no liability for the content of such websites, nor for any offers, products or services mentioned on them. We therefore recommend that you read the privacy policy of each website you visit carefully, as it may differ from this privacy statement. 

10. Complaints 

We make every effort to protect your personal data. If you have a complaint about the way in which we process your personal data, you may notify us using our contact details so that we can address the matter as quickly as possible. Such complaints may in any event be sent to privacy@aldron.be.
