General terms and conditions for the use of this website and the sharing of data with other service voucher companies
1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the website besthomeservices.be (the “Website”), operated by NV ALDRON, registered with the KBO (Belgian Kruispuntbank der Ondernemingen) under company number 0870.933.405 and having its registered office at Gentse Heerweg 42, 8790 Waregem (hereinafter “NV ALDRON”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By accessing besthomeservices.be and using the services offered through besthomeservices.be, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1 “User” means any person who visits the Website and enters their data via the forms provided for that purpose.
2.2 “Service voucher company” means a company authorised to provide domestic household help through the Belgian service voucher system.
2.3 “Profile Data” means the personal data entered by the User on the Website, including name, email address, telephone number, postcode, household help preferences and any other relevant information.
2.4 “Match” means the process whereby the User’s Profile Data are shared with service voucher companies belonging to the same cluster, enabling those companies to contact the User with an offer for household help.
3. Purpose and operation
3.1 The purpose of besthomeservices.be is to provide the requested household help on the basis of the data and information collected from the User.
3.2 Service voucher companies belonging to the same cluster as NV ALDRON shall receive the User’s Profile Data so that they may contact the User with an offer for household help.
3.3 besthomeservices.be is not responsible for the performance of the services offered by any service voucher company.
4. Consent and sharing of data
4.1 By submitting your data through besthomeservices.be, you expressly consent to NV ALDRON sharing your Profile Data with service voucher companies belonging to the same cluster as NV ALDRON that may be suited to your preferences.
4.2 Those companies may then contact you by email, telephone or SMS in order to make an offer for household help.
4.3 You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@aldron.be.
5. No service agreement
5.1 Use of the Website does not create any contractual relationship between the User and NV ALDRON for the provision of household help.
5.2 Any agreement relating to the provision of household help is concluded exclusively between the User and the relevant service voucher company.
6. Liability
6.1 besthomeservices.be is not responsible for services provided by other service voucher companies belonging to the same cluster, nor for any agreement concluded between the User and such company.
6.2 besthomeservices.be shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from interactions between the User and another service voucher company belonging to the same cluster.
6.3 besthomeservices.be does not guarantee that the sharing of Profile Data will result in an agreement between the User and a service voucher company.
7. Amendments to the Terms
7.1 besthomeservices.be reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
7.2 Any amendments shall be communicated to the User via the Website or by email.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Flanders.
